Redroaster, Lucky Beach at Temple Bar, and one of the UK's pioneering coffee businesses.. Redroaster Coffee. Lucky Khao, a northern Thai BBQ restaurant is due to open mid 2018.
Mike is also known for his 'The Times' Top 50 award-winning consultancy 'Lost in Catering' helping hospitality companies profit from concept and menu innovation. Matt is best known as one of the UK's top chefs, having held a Michelin star for 5 years amongst other recognition. He is a regular face on UK TV and won the bbc's great british menu in 2016.
